Currently hiring a Membership Director position at our ISSAQUAH location!

General Position Description:

425 Fitness is looking to expand our team with a dynamic sales professional. This person will be directly responsible for surpassing daily activity targets, close memberships, present and tour consistently, and do so while working as a team and providing an amazing customer experience that members will share with their friends and loved ones.

Responsibilities include:

• Assuring each club meets and exceeds production goals.
• Organize CRM database and ensure leads are followed up on in a timely manner.
• Complete overdue appointments and set follow-up calls.
• Assure each Member Services team member is held accountable to their productivity goals and metrics.
• Cultivate corporate opportunities and execute Community Outreach focuses.
• Work with marketing to develop and execute successful strategies.
• Follow up with new members at 2 weeks, 30 days and 60 days.
• Assist with member portal and APP setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00am – 7:00pm

Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus sales commissions on primary memberships
