Job SpecificationOnsite: Black Desert Resort
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year Round / Full Time
The budgeted range starts at $21.60/hr. This is the pay we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
Job Responsibilities But Not Limited ToPerform routine accounting duties including processing transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciling discrepancies.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations and assist in managing cash flow.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data.
Maintain financial records and files, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support as needed.
Respond to accounting-related inquiries and provide assistance to the finance team.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing required information and documentation.
Stay informed about current trends and changes in accounting regulations.
2-3 years of experience in an accounting role in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to meeting deadlines and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
