Your Mission

• Will be the first point of contact for the company
• Welcome and greet visitors and employees as they enter the business
• The receptionist executes administrative support across the company
• Maintains security and telecommunications system
• Answer phones and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members; take messages as required
• Greet visitors and direct them to the proper location
• Ensure that visitors and guests sign in and out of the visitor log
• Issue and collect identification badges as required
• Sort and distribute daily mail
• Perform other clerical work such as typing, filing, computer entry, envelope stuffing for other departments as needed

Your Profile

• High School education or equivalent
• Must be able to work daily, Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
• Must have computer knowldge and skills, ability to use office equiptment, such as, computer, copier, fax, postage machine, and multi-extension switchboard
• Understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• Detailed oreintated
• Receptionist experience preferred but not required

• Temporary position, employment will end after assignment completed
• Full-time hours, must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
• Hourly, nonexempt status
• Office environment
