Job Summary- Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our Commercial, Industrial, & Residential departments are key team members within our organization. They handle customer inquiries, assist with electrical service orders for Commercial, Industrial, and Residential clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of electrical services, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service role. Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace and software applications. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and a professional demeanor. Experience & technical knowledge in the electrical industry or a related field and Bilingual abilities are a plus. We strive for company alignment. Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Sales Support: Support the sales team by following up on leads, providing updates, and facilitating the sales process. Order Processing: Process customer orders, quotes & sales orders. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Product Support: Provide detailed product information and stay informed with new updates and information. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and field service technicians. Documentation: Ensure all customer communications and transactions are documented.
