Position FunctionsEssential Functions
- Collect and accurately label keys belonging to Guests to ensure their proper return.
- Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Park incoming cars safely and efficiently.
- Organize and file paperwork regarding Guests’ vehicles and daily transactions.
- Drive conservatively while adhering to all applicable traffic laws, announcing stops, and answering general questions about the property and the local community.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the property's facilities, as well as promotions and special events on the property, in order to advise Guests and Team Members.
- Inspect vehicles prior to occupancy, verifying that everything is clean and well-stocked.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of vehicles before and after every trip, reporting any problems or maintenance needs to management.
- Accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
- Assist Guests and other Team Members in offering exceptional Guest service.
- Greet vehicles and Guests who arrive in the Valet area with a warm welcome and smile.
- Open doors for Guests.
- Fill out Valet tickets and conduct vehicle spot inspections.
- Provide positive interaction with Guests and Team Members.
- Maintain confidential information on Guest interaction and property operations at all times.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to Guests and other Team Members.
- Manage the flow of parking functions, including logging tickets and notifying Valet of pickup.
- Maintain logs and run reports relative to car counts and other parking-related information.
- Perform duties of Bell Person and Shuttle Driver as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards.

- Stays engaged and motivated with the business, department, and all Team Members at all levels while encouraging growth and development of self and others.
- Build lasting relationships by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and effective communication.
- Driven to exceed expectations while remaining accountable and fair.
- Skilled at operating a Roost mobile.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid CA driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- 3 months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 years in hospitality.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
