JOB SUMMARY
The Registered Behavior Technician I (RBT) position implements direct behavior analytic services, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) for children and young adults served by Anne Carlsen. The services include implementation of client’s individualized care plans and behavioral intervention programs as well as evidence-based curriculum, interventions, and programming. This position provides training, guidance, and direction to the client’s team and staff. The position effectively utilizes problem-solving skills in determining client needs and staff training needs.
