RGP is Hiring a Project Manager - Financial Services Near Jersey, NJ
What you will work on
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations
- Allocate resources and manage project budgets effectively
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, reconciliations, and other accounting documentation
- Monitor and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management and accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- PMP preferred, but not required
- Role aligned to Financial Services Practice
- Experience in Accounting and Project Management role
- Strong Project Management skillset
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to blend business process and technical skills to facilitate effective client discussions throughout the cycle of the project deliverables
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels
- Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $80-120
