Job Description:

Develop dashboards to provide business and technical insights.

Write technical JIRA user stories and evaluate current and emerging technologies to define system architecture changes.

Develop system and component roadmap designs for user interfaces. Evaluate qualitative and quantitative customer and industry data to test hypotheses, identify consumer pain points, and validate potential solutions.

Translate research and hypotheses into product requirements and detailed user stories. Work cross-functionally to translate product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity designs, and drive features through various gates.

Prioritize new features based on customer needs, aligning with short-term and long-term goals and technical capabilities.

Define Objectives and Key Results and metrics to measure the success of features and experiences deployed to market.

Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
