Essential JobFunctions :
Develops andmaintains successful employee relationships and businesspartnerships to support a positive productive work environment incompliance with federal state and local employment and benefit lawsand regulations.
Managesresolution of employee relations issues and conducts investigationsto ensure fair consistent and proper resolution of concerns inconsideration of company values policy and procedures.
Assists in projects such as HRevents safety programming benefits open enrollment employeecommunications and company wide meetings.
Implements best practices andleverage resources to continuously improve the HR functions supportof short and longterm business objectives.
Activities :
Supports the cadence of HRprocesses.
Provides insightrecommendations and maintains employmentrelated documents includingthe employee handbook current to business needs and compliant withfederal state and local laws andregulations.
Assures requiredlabor law posters and safety signage are kept current and properlyplaced in all locations.
Maintains accurate HRMS data including timekeeping payroll benefitsleave administration performance training reporting andanalytics.
Providesadministrative support for HR programs and projects (recognitionengagement training performanceetc).
Appropriately identifiesbest practices and leverage resources to continuously improve theHR functions support of short and longterm businessobjectives.
Effectively coachesmanagers in matters relating to people HR processes companyprograms and the impact each has to thebusiness.
Works collaborativelyto ensure business planning performance monitoring and performancemanagement processes inform and support productivity and lead tocontinuous improvements for thebusiness.
Conducts exitinterviews identifies trends and collaborates with management todrive continuous improvement of work culture for the most positiveemployee experience.
Ensuresappropriate recordkeeping and administration processes are in placecompanywide for HR related functions andcompliance.
Crosstrains andserves as a backup for HR team memberfunctions.
