Position: Senior Recruiter, Recruiting Manager
Location: Johnson City, TN, Victorville, CA
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment process for various roles within the heavy industry sector, including engineering, project management, and skilled trades.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations for hire.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Leverage cutting-edge recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong focus on the heavy industry sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the heavy industry landscape and specific recruitment challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Studies, Psychology, or a related field (preferred). At ICR, those with true performance achievements in recruiting, with any level of education, are welcome.
