Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process for various roles within the heavy industry sector, including engineering, project management, and skilled trades.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations for hire.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.
- Leverage cutting-edge recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong focus on the heavy industry sector.
