Chemours is seeking a Raw Materials Coordinator to join our growing TT Raw Materials team! This position will report directly to the Raw Materials Leader at our New Johnsonville, Tennessee location.
Ensure the timely supply of raw materials for both Production Lines for the New Johnsonville Plant, complying with the specifications required for safe use in the TiO2 manufacturing process.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Ensure the raw materials supply is on time for both production lines.
  • Ensure that the raw material meets the quality according with the technical specification.
  • Control and manage optimal inventories in accordance with the current production program.
  • Correct administration of the working capital balance required by the business.
  • Timely entries in SAP of the raw materials under your responsibility
  • Timely entries in SAP of the services under your responsibility
  • Reconciliation of the raw materials’ physical vs SAP
  • Comply with SOX & External audit requirements.
  • Responsibility for Quality Control Manual procedures to serve customers
The Following Is Required For This Role
  • High school required.
  • 1 year experience preferably in the areas of logistics, finance, operations, or some administrative function.
  • Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management
  • Knowledge of internal control and SOX standards
  • Excel working knowledge required
The Following Is Preferred For This Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, Public Accountant, Industrial Engineering, or another related degree preferred.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge preferred
  • SAP working knowledge preferred
