Contract: 6 Months (Can extend/convert to FTE)
Location: Johnston, RI (or) Providence, RI
Hybrid: 3 days onsite*2 days remote
Data Entry: Review check image fraud suspects, complete sales tickets promptly, add services based on tickets, and maintain daily reporting and tracking logs. Qualifications: Customer service, communication, workload prioritization, pressure handling, data entry proficiency, and attention to detail.
Account Analysis: Process maintenance requests meeting productivity goals, monitor Salesforce queues for SLA compliance, solve low to medium complexity problems, apply customer invoice payments, report outstanding invoices promptly, and collaborate with team members to meet SLAs. Qualifications include effective communication, workload prioritization, pressure handling, data entry proficiency, and attention to detail.
