Citizens is Hiring a Business Support Specialist Near Johnston, RI
The Project Specialists are responsible for reviewing investment client files from branches within our footprint. The Project Specialists will be responsible for a variety of data entry duties, which include file review, quality control and scanning.
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Sorting and compiling documents for data entry
- Quality control check review
- Reviewing and scanning client files
- Completing operational risk management activities such as:
- Record retention
- Procedural governance
- Compliance training
- Participate in monthly branch file moves
- Packing and shipment of client files to our data storage partner
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and perform in a deadline driven environment
- Reporting and Analytics
- Salesforce experience
- Document scanning experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint
- Associate degree/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Lifting to 30lbs independently
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
