Our client is offering an opportunity for an HR Manager to join their team in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The role involves various responsibilities, including Human Resources (HR) Administration, Procedures, Onboarding, and Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all employees

• Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures

• Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel

• Conduct new-employee orientations and employee relations counseling

• Oversee exit interviews and recommend changes

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws

• Develop and maintain affirmative action program; maintain other records, reports, and logs to conform to regulations

• Perform benefits administration

• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing

• Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR procedures

• Experience in handling HR compliance issues

• Ability to effectively manage the onboarding process for new hires

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• Proficiency in using HR management software and Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
