This job will be performed at our main office, located in White River Junction, Vermont, 72 South Main Street.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm

As an Electronic Health Records (EHR) Support Specialist at our non-profit organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of electronic health records systems. Your expertise and dedication will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our community. This position requires a deep understanding of EHR systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to our organization's mission.

Essential Job Functions:

EHR System Management:

• Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot the EHR system to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT team to implement updates and enhancements to the EHR system.

User Support and Training:

• Provide technical support to healthcare staff using the EHR system.
• Field daily requests for adding and removing users to systems.
• Assist with updating and maintaining user-friendly documentation.

Data Integrity and Security:

• Monitor data entry processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Run audit reports to identify EHR data inconsistencies or errors.

Workflow Analysis and Optimization:

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to assess current EHR workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Implement workflow enhancements to streamline processes and improve overall system usability.

Quality Assurance:

• Participate in testing new features, updates, and system changes to ensure they align with organizational needs.
