Job Title: Project Accountant

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Generate accurate financial reports and analyses to provide insights to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to forecast financial needs and optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor cash flow and invoicing processes to maintain financial stability throughout projects.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost-saving measures.
• Assist with quarterly/yearly financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in all project financial activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience with job cost accounting in construction.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent degree.
• Be able to meet important deadlines such as monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation/Benefits - Up to $100k
