VIVE Health and Fitness is a results-based Fitness Club that uses a 4-tier approach (Exercise, Nutrition, Recovery, and Accountability), centered around human relationships. We take great pride in closely monitoring our members’ intentions and usage to increase the likelihood of reaching each of their fitness goals. Our 24,000 sq ft facility includes personal training, protein shake bar, group exercise, nutrition, and physical therapy, as well as cardio/strength machines, free weights, full-service locker rooms (showers, sauna, and steam room), complimentary towel service, and more.
VIVE is looking for sales-centered individual with a passionate about fitness, who has specific past experience with phone sales and/or telemarketing. The primary responsibility of this role includes holding pre-scheduled phone orientations for leads interested in beginning VIVE's 6 Week Transformation Challenge, which includes gathering their goals, past experience, interests, and properly communicating why and how our program will help them permanently achieve their fitness dreams since our program is the only of its kind to provide exercise, nutrition, and accountability in both at-home and in-gym options. (Most participants average 15-25 lbs lost in their first 6 weeks)
- 1 year of commission-based sales experience
- 1 year of phone sales experience
- 3 years of recreational fitness experience
