Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential assistance to clients in their homes, supporting their daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication administration and reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs
- Support clients with dementia care needs
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and HIPAA regulations

Experience:
- Experience in senior care or related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of long-term care practices and home community care
- Familiarity with direct support services for individuals in need

Skills:
- Proficient in assisting with ADLs and medication administration
- Understanding of dementia care techniques
- Ability to uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
