We are seeking a full-time Peer Support Specialist to clinical services to all clients receiving ACT team services, including but not limited to : service coordination, including working with the ACT team leader to monitor each individual’s clinical status and response to treatment;
symptom assessment and management. The Certified Peer Support Specialist also provides essential expertise and consultation to the entire team to promote a culture in which each individual’s point of view and preferences are recognized, understood, respected and integrated into treatment, rehabilitation, and community self-help activities.
Qualifications : At a minimum, this employee must have completed certification program for Peer Support Specialists.
