Job Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee warehouse operations, manage a team, and ensure efficient workflow.

Duties:
- Provide guidance to warehouse staff
- Coordinate and monitor shipping and receiving activities
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and organizing goods
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Oversee materials handling, including heavy lifting when necessary

Skills:
- Experience in team management within a warehouse setting
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations and fulfillment processes
- Proficiency in shipping and receiving procedures
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed
- Strong materials handling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Kahului, HI (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Kahului, HI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
