Currently, we are searching for a Showroom Sales Representative for one of the premier stone countertop and cabinetry shops in Montan. EASY SALES with mostly WARM LEADS. Base Commission Full Benefits!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Quickly develop relationships with both residential and commercial customers and persuasively share product knowledge to land sales!
• Learn products and services offered and assist customers in the showroom by sharing this knowledge and helping them make selections.
• Leverage sales skills to overcome customer objections.
• Increase revenue with pre-established customers -- primarily with home builders in the area.
• Maintain the CRM and utilize basic technology software to work in tandem with the rest of the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Some sales experience is required, ideally with some kind of construction/home improvement company.
• Strong character and charisma and the ability to learn quickly.
• Team player mindset! You will be joining this family owned/operated company and will be welcomed into the family with open arms :)

COMPENSATION:

• Base pay of $30,000 (more for qualified candidates)
• Uncapped Commission -- expecting $20,000-$30,000 in Year 1
• Company pays 50% of Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for employee.
