🌐 Job Opportunity: Infrastructure Administrator 🌐
Our client, a well-established leader in the financial industry with over 20 years of success, is currently experiencing a period of hyper-growth. This year-over-year expansion has led to a need for internal team development. They are seeking a strong Infrastructure Administrator for a full-time role.
General Function:
The Infrastructure Administrator plays a vital role in creating, maintaining, and supporting our enterprise-wide network and computing systems, ensuring all departments can perform their critical functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🛠️ System Management: Implement, integrate, secure, and maintain networks, servers, OS, services, applications, and databases.
- 👨💻 Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to peer staff, document work, and resolve issues.
- ⬆️ System Upgrades: Implement system upgrades and patches to boost efficiency and performance.
- ⚙️ Configuration: Configure systems and networks for optimal hardware functionality.
- 📄 Documentation: Maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
- 💾 SQL Environment: Assist in SQL environment development, maintenance, and reporting.
- ✈️ Travel: Frequent travel to branch locations may be required.
Requirements:
- 🔐 Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of member data.
- 📚 Continuous Learning: Keep up with evolving technology and pursue relevant certifications.
- 🖥️ System Administration: Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Windows Server OS, and virtual environments.
- 🌐 Network Administration: Manage and troubleshoot switches, routers, and firewalls.
Education and Experience:
- 🎓 Education: Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or 5 years relevant experience.
- 📜 Certifications: MCSA, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent (or obtain within 12 months).
- 🖥️ Experience: 1-3 years managing Windows/Linux/Unix servers and Virtualization/SAN systems.
