PrimeTalent's client, a reputable law firm in Kansas City, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with a focus on providing exceptional legal services to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects.
  • Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on real estate matters, including zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, leases, and settlement agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies that align with their business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the state bar.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling complex real estate transactions.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
