The Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for manufacturing processes, tooling, functions and throughput improvements. This is accomplished through time/motion studies, investigation and resolution of daily manufacturing issues, machine and tool process improvements and training of associates. The Continuous Improvement Technician supports the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.
Background in an industrial setting, preferably manufacturing and/or production.
Experience conducting time/motion studies.
Experience to include: Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Process background; New Product Introduction; Procedure Development; Training Development.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology or other related field.
