A well-established North Kansas City company has an immediate need for a Payroll Administrator. Great work / life balance!
Responsibilities will include:
- Process multi-state and multi-site employee payroll
- Process payroll data for check compilation.
- Make salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations, and deductions as needed.
- Obtain necessary information for payroll production and tax-related issues
- Ensuring proper authorized signatures on submissions and/or changes.
- Update employee files for payroll purposes
- Any other needs as assigned by the manager
Required skills and qualifications:
- 4 years of payroll experience
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple detail-oriented tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
