About The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a licensed PT to make a positive impact on the lives of patients in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to help patients achieve their functional goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess musculoskeletal impairments and functional limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs and goals.
- Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote healing, improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
- Educate patients on their conditions, self-care strategies, and injury prevention techniques.
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a trusting and motivating environment for patients.
- Active and unrestricted Oregon Physical Therapist license.
- Current BLS certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.
- Experience with various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
