Pine Cone Therapies in Keller, TX is looking to hire an experienced BCBA to join our team as our Clinical Director, leading our ABA center team.
As our Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in the management of our ABA division, taking charge of its operations, and providing invaluable leadership and direction to our dedicated team. This role is tailored for a passionate BCBA who is eager to step into a leadership position but may not yet accumulated extensive management and team leadership experience. Who makes a great BCBA at Pine Cone Therapies?

• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA , in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and have at least 3 years management experience
• You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor your team of pediatric professionals.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited about building relationships with other pediatric professionals, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and ensuring the clinic meets productivity minimums.
• You have Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

3. Leadership Interview: You'll meet with a member of our Operations Leadership Team to discuss your leadership style and answer any questions you may have about our team and organization. 4. In-Person Interview: It may happen sooner than the final step, but during your interview process we will have the opportunity to head to the center to meet the team face-to-face and explore the facility.

Base salary Your base salary is exclusive of bonuses, overtime, or other benefits, ensuring a stable and predictable income. Base salary is determined by expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
