What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the project in order to ensure their optimal execution regarding time (schedules), efforts, costs (both human and material) and quality.
- Set the program of execution of the project in each stage.
- Select the working team and assign them the tasks. Contract the necessary material.
- Specify and assign the necessary resources for each project based on the existing structure. Oversee external suppliers.
- Carry out the set-up of the production lines or resulting working team and ensure the proper operation.
- Oversee the advances of the project and manage the problems that may occur. Define the solutions to be adopted and update the planning of the project according to them.
- In charge of informing the manager company and the client about the development of the project.
- Carry out administration tasks concerning the project. Manage the documentation and is responsible for control and financial management of the project.
- 3 years of industrial project management experience
- Experience in areas such as mechanical/electrical, plumbing, fire systems, piping, and steel beams
- Extensive experience working with the planning and layout of industrial projects
- Ability to travel within Houston and the surrounding cities to job sites
