We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement resident care policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain resident rights and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Provide leadership and guidance in hospice care services

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
