What You’ll Do Day to Day: 

This role supports the company’s overall financial strategy. Responsible for supporting borrowing structures to ensure financing liquidity, accurate forecasting, and monitoring and reporting of the portfolio and borrowing programs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Support the design, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of Capital Markets project management initiatives for new credit facilities and securitizations.
  • Support the periodic due diligence and audit requirements for all credit facilities and external financing partners including working with banks, audit firms, and internal LendingPoint resources.
  • Utilize MySQL, Domo, Tableau, or other data management or database systems to drive data-centric strategic solutions to management inquiries.
  • Act as Business Owner for key internal management reports and external Due Diligence presentations.
  • Collect and research data; design workflows and procedures; identify data relationships and dependencies.
  • Provide strategic support to the treasury team regarding capital markets initiatives impacting the firm’s liquidity.
  • Produce timely and accurate Servicer Reports as required for the various borrowing programs.
  • Assist the Capital Markets team and Director of Capital Markets with other projects and ad-hoc reports as required.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in banking, capital markets, consulting, or treasury.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of structured finance and securitization market.
  • Experience with a lending company, preferred.
