The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position will partner with leaders of business units to drive high performance teams and engagement. Using data-driven insights and analytics, exceptional listening skills, and a strong business acumen, the HRBP will understand the business needs of the designated business unit and translate those needs into a talent management strategy. The HRBP will coach leaders on people-related matters, and is responsible for the full scope of HR partnership, such as talent management, performance management, and development of retention strategies. As a trusted advisor, this role will help empower leaders to take ownership of problems and make effective decisions that support the organizations growth and promote a positive and engaged culture. The HRBP will work closely with functional experts in HR Operations (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, etc.) to ensure that HR strategy is aligned with business strategy.
This position will work a hybrid schedule reporting 3 days per week in our Kennesaw, GA office.
