This is a full-time (would consider part time) position with a salary band of £35,935 - £41,614 per annum (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties Will Include (but Are Not Limited To)
- Supporting the Project Director, Project Manager and the HR Business Partner Team with the development and implementation of organisational change
- Identifying risks and co-ordinate risk mitigation activities to ensure the successful delivery of the organisational change programme
- Supporting the development of business cases for organisational change, undertake formal and informal staff consultation processes, ensuring that statutory requirements are met
- Ensuring the effective co-ordination and delivery of administrative duties and financial/budget assessment
- Collating and presenting data for the project team, Corporate Management Team, senior and line managers for project objectives
- Designing and delivering communication events such as training or awareness raising sessions through a variety of mediums
- Experience supporting organisational change programmes
- Experience consulting with trade unions
- Highly developed communication and organisational skills
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to analyse and interpret varied and complex information or situations, develops solutions and/or strategies that take more than a year to formulate
- Hybrid working
- 37 hours per week. Part time will also be considered for this role
- Monday – Friday
