Job Specifications
- Housing: May Be Available
- Outlet: Keystone Lodge
- Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.94 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
- Skill Level: Advanced
- Perform daily rounds – checking boilers, pools, common areas, sprinkler systems, fire pump rooms and
- fire panels as applicable
- Attend to any work orders, guests’ requests, housekeeping requests, room calls, and front desk requests
- Maintain all facilities and operating systems in a safe and efficient working order
- Complete tasks in a safe and timely manner
- On-call after hours and at night during various times of the year (which includes weekends and holidays)
- Assigning work orders to other maintenance personnel
- Effective Communication with vendors and contractors
- Ensure all billable time is appropriately charged to owners and associations
- Assist in training maintenance employees as needed
- Ordering parts as needed
- Maintain tools and work areas in a safe, secure and efficient manner
- Assist with preventative maintenance in common areas and guest rooms and document efficiently
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
- HS Diploma or Equivalent – required
- Must be 18 years or older – required
- Valid Colorado driver’s license – required
- Previous maintenance experience – preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs. – required
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
