Our General Manager Requirements include:

At least 1-year General Management experience in a QSR concept that serves chicken and hamburger

Must be able to show proven track record in running a profitable

Must be able to communicate effectively with all managers and team members

Ability to train and develop talent at all levels

Ability to multitask

Ability to thrive in a fast past work environment

Our General Manager benefits include:

Base Salary $100,000

Monthly bonus based on sales increases
