OVERALL FUNCTION

The Marketing Assistant focuses on successfully marketing the financial representative to keep him/her in constant selling situations and assists in all marketing-related activities, developing and implementing new promotional and marketing programs and developing and executing cross-selling plans for existing clients. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES – LEAD RESEARCH ANALYST

· Conduct in-depth research on potential clients, including individuals, families, and businesses, to identify prospects with the highest potential for our financial services.

· Collaborate closely with financial advisors to understand their target audience and customize lead generation strategies accordingly.

· Utilize various research tools, databases, and sources to gather information on potential leads, such as demographic data, financial history, and investment preferences.

· Maintain a comprehensive database of potential leads and track prospecting activities.

· Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation progress, including conversion rates and the quality of prospects.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES – SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATION

· Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics, aligned with the brand's voice and identity.

· Social Media Management: Monitor, schedule, and publish posts on social media channels, ensuring consistency and timeliness in content delivery.

· Community Engagement: Foster and maintain a positive online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, and actively engaging with followers.

· Audience Growth: Implement strategies to grow the brand's social media presence, including attracting new followers and increasing engagement rates.

· Campaign Management: Execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.

· Brand Advocacy: Identify and collaborate with brand advocates and influencers to amplify the brand's reach and credibility.

· Content Calendar: Assist in maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and alignment with marketing objectives.

· Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

· Social Media Advertising: Assist in creating and managing paid social media advertising campaigns to reach specific target audiences and achieve marketing goals.

· Community Guidelines: Enforce community guidelines and social media policies to maintain a respectful and inclusive online environment.

· Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze feedback from the online community and incorporate suggestions and improvements into social media strategies.

· Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing and branding initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Although extensive training will be provided, the appropriate candidate should possess some or all of the following attributes:

· Marketing experience preferred.

· Superior interpersonal skills

· Ability to establish instant credibility with clients and prospects.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.

· Superior written and oral communication skills

· Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

· Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and act as appropriate.

· Ability to work both independently and on a team.

· Social media platform mastery (Instagram, Facebook, X, Tik Tok) & Canva (Adobe Suite preferred)

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications, data entry and contact records management

Remote Work Benefit: Remote Work Benefit included (1 day per week after 90 days, 2 days per week after 2 years of service)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
