Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated PT to join our team. As a PT, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and rehabilitation services to patients.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
- Valid PT license in the state of practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
