We are looking to hire an experienced Café Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Point Julia Café. The Café Supervisor's responsibilities include processing payments using the café's Point of Sale System, will assist the Manager in supervising the Market Fresh Buffet and Bistro, and ensuring that the café is clean and well-presented at all times. You should also be able to take the lead in training of all new front of house staff in all venues.
To be successful as a Café Supervisor, you should demonstrate exemplary management and leadership skills and ensure that the café staff carries out all duties efficiently. Ultimately, an exceptional Café Supervisor should be able to achieve excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Three years supervisory experience required (direct F&B preferred).
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and knife skills required.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills are essential.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming License.
• Ability to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Server Permit (within 30 days of employment).
• Ability to obtain a Washington Food Handler's Card (within 30 days of employment).
