Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Increase Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR)
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Lead aggressive prospecting plans to uncover new opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Leadership

  • Develop business case for new opportunities and proposes strategic approaches to winning bids
  • Hold frequent check-ins with sales team to review quotas and set individual/team goals
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Assist with strategic planning, budget creation and department goal setting
  • Analyze performance data, identifies gaps within the team, and formulates a corrective plan
  • Review, update, create and communicate policies and procedures to improve team effectiveness
  • Demonstrate a competitive, positive attitude, quickly adapts and recovers
  • Strong business acumen
  • Share the mission, vision, and values of the organization

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years sales management experience including Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR)
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide a sales team
  • In-depth understanding of sales techniques, processes, and best practices
  • A high degree of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment, professionalism, time management, confidentiality, and excellent decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and MS Office software
  • Ability to learn and communicate new technology in the security market
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
  • Technical sales experience in a related industry is preferred
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and provide exceptional account management services
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
