Job Description: Provide assistance/work instruction to Engineers to help resolve process issues Make decisions about routine process problems to sustain the production line Write non-conformance reports to correct process problems related to material or process changes Able to support the qualification of materials and new packages Perform continuous process review and improvement. Demonstrate a sense of urgency towards production needs and by providing timely responses, accommodating flexible working hours to satisfy schedule or task needs. Provide disposition as line sustaining for quality and yield issues Requirements/Qualifications: BS Engineering Degree Holder At least 1 to 3 years of experience with SPC activities, qualification procedures, yield improvements Applies problem-solving tools such as 8D and Pareto Analysis Knowledgeable in 8D, FMEA, APQP, Six Sigma, and other Process Tools like Minitab or JMP Experience in Die Preparation, Die Attach, and Wire bond setup Travel Time: 0% - 25% At Microchip, employees are our greatest strength.
