Math Tutors Needed
Excel Academy is a high-quality, after school/weekend supplemental education center that focuses on helping K-12 students with school related subjects, SAT/ACT/AP test prep, and college counseling, including the application process. Though we have locations in Henderson and Summerlin, we are looking to fill positions primarily in our Summerlin location. Our classes are both onsite and online. If you like watching kids scream in happiness from receiving a good score on their exams or gaining acceptance to colleges, this is the place to work.
Currently, we are looking to fill a few positions:
- Math tutors-
Potential candidates should know and able to teach AP level of Math. Candidates may be asked to take a short (10-15 mins) diagnostic test and a demo class (15 mins) in their respective subject areas.
Other Requirements:
- Be punctual, courteous, and respectful
- Have a strong work ethic and effective communication skills
- Have basic proficiency with using computers for reports, updates, and evaluations.
- Have a passion to make kids’ dreams come true.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
