Our client is the financial arm of a global manufacturer of tools that has been in business for almost 100 years. The company operates in over 130 countries worldwide and has annual sales of over $3.7 Billion. We are currently looking for Associate Account Managers to fill openings with a leader in industrial and commercial tools and equipment in Libertyville, IL. The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to collect on delinquent accounts
• Call to negotiate repayment or take alternative account resolutions
• Record and update account activity

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience preferred entry-level experience for degreed candidates.
• Well-developed follow-through and sense of urgency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong prospecting, account development, and relationship management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Compensation:

• $19.23/hr. Bonus(Up to $10,000/year in bonuses)
• Hands-on training to succeed
