Specific Duties:
- In-basket coverage
- Maintain patient flow
- Daily/weekly/monthly checkoffs (expiration checks, oxygen checks, temp checks)
- Paperwork processing
Must have qualifications/experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Epic user
- Medical Terminology Knowledge
- Experience working in a fast paced team environment
- Great Multitasker
- Positive Attitude
- Good Typing Skills
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work with others
REMOTE/ONSITE: Onsite, La Conner, WA with occasional cross coverage of Anacortes, WA
Shift Start/End Time: 6:45 am to 5:15 pm
*This position is for 40 hours per week*
