Key Responsibilities :
Client & Prospect Outreach :

Organize and conduct informative presentations, emphasizing the advantages of our biohazard waste disposal solutions.
Sales & Business Growth :
Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.
Skillfully negotiate contracts, ensuring sustainable growth and client satisfaction.
Healthcare Customer Relationship Management :
Strengthen existing client relationships, ensuring continued business and exploring upsell possibilities.
Address and resolve medical waste disposal queries or concerns promptly.
Medical Waste Market Analysis :
Monitor competitors, gathering intel on pricing, new products, and emerging trends within the medical waste removal sector.
Suggest changes in services by evaluating market shifts and competitor offerings.
Inter-Department Collaboration :

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related medical field.
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years in sales, ideally in healthcare waste solutions, medical waste collection, or a similar industry.
Demonstrated success in sales growth and client acquisition.
Skills :
Superior communication and relationship-building skills.
Adept at presentations, negotiations, and sales closure.
Familiarity with healthcare CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office.
