About You:

Black Ops Productions is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to work with us in making some awesome sh*t. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in project management or similar roles. We’re looking for talented people with creativity and vision to join our crew. This includes being detail orientated and the ability to lead a team from creative concepts to completion.

Job Functions:

· Manage project deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously

· Own, maintain and report on all project status updates

· Maintain and share agenda for weekly status updates with clients

· Create and track project timelines and budgets

· Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and track progress among the team

· Have strong knowledge of production processes

· Be able to research and present different ideas to the team, clients and vendors

· Ability to travel as needed for projects including front work and on-site management. Travel anticipated to be approximately 10-20% /-

· Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team with strong ability to lead teams under tight deadlines

· Perform other duties as assigned which are deemed integral to the success of each project

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years’ experience in the production or management of projects

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs

· Experience in Google, Adobe and Microsoft suite of products (Specifically Excel and PowerPoint)

- Design experience a PLUS! (Sketchup, Illustrator, etc)

· Candidate must be punctual and reliable

· Must have team management experience

· Must have references available upon request

Compensation:

Compensation is based upon experience. Base compensation does not include performance bonuses and travel pay. We know it takes WORK to produce awesome sh*t – that is not lost on us.

Process:
