• Preparing monthly journal entries, to include analysis as appropriate, for approval by Accounting Manager.
• Performing reconciliations of GL accounts and account analyses, as needed. * Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements and other key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.
• Providing supporting documentation for the external audit and tax return preparation.
• Maintaining knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
• Assisting with additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years as a Staff Accountant or related role.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and accounting software.
• Bilingual Spanish.
