TechnicalOperations Manager for Honeywell International, Inc. (La Palma, CA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support to a Field Service Technicians team for the Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) projects division in the West Region.
• Liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and solve field technical issues. 
• Drive and improve metric reporting procedures and technical skillset metrics, targets and billability. 
• Lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. 
• Define the standards for the field resources, identify gaps, and train and develop the skillsets. 
• Collaborate with other regional technical operation managers on staffing requirements. 
• Collect and report performance metrics. Develop field technicians technical skillsets. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvement. Identify the resource needs for the region and dispatch the skilled workforce accordingly. 
• Share resources across regions as needed. 
• Identify skill gaps, certifications, and billability ensuring our project backlog is adequately staffed. 
• Organize training and conduct training for the technical resources. 
• Ensure Standard field Work initiative parameters are maintained and followed.

40 hours/week
