Project Customer Service Manager

TurnKey Solutions, located in La Vista, Nebraska is a media manufacturer, print facility, mail house, and fulfillment center. TurnKey Solutions is looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced Project Customer Service team member to run our daily operations within our warehouse and fulfillment center.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily correspondence with clients regarding projects running through the manufacturing/fulfillment center.
• Work closely with sales to ensure the client projects are entered into the MRP system with accuracy.
• Data entry or all projects into the MRP system. Ensuring that all operations, estimated hours, and materials are contained within the job traveler.
• Directing production on how the job is to be completed.
• Working closely with the Production Manager to ensure that the job is being completed on time and to the client’s expectations.
• Ordering all custom materials for the client’s jobs.
• Filing completed jobs for reorders.

Job Requirements:

• Prior Project Management / Customer Service experience in a manufacturing and/or fulfillment facility. Print knowledge a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to handle multiple tasks at once in a high-paced environment.
• Customer service oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player willing to go above and beyond to ensure the client is taken care of with a high level of professionalism.
• Must have Bachelors Degree.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
