The Opportunity
We are seeking a personable and driven Recruiter to develop and maintain a first-rate team that improves the competitive position of the firm.
This is an ideal position for a compelling, go getter with the skills to attract skilled talent into our organization. This role requires strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence to effectively problem solve and present solutions while demonstrating professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
A successful candidate for the role with be skilled in time management when working independently or as part of a team while ensuring open roles are filled timely, including in high pressure moments.
As a Recruiter, you must continuously improve the competitive position of the firm by researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent in accordance with Laborde Earles Core Values.
We are looking for someone who is resourceful and dedicated to proactively addressing enhancements to recruiting strategies that align with business goals.
This individual will have a forward-thinking mindset to ensure we proactively address recruiting needs on a routine basis.
