- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs.
- 2-3 years of maintenance technician experience
- Strong plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC knowledge
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong guest service skills
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, plus on-call rotation.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 75 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Ability to move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
