Pay: $16.00-$18.00/hour, depending on experience

Job Description
- Manage the operational activities of various A/R accounts, including collections, credit and cash receipts
- Communicate with customers, agents and other department associates
- Process and verify applications for credit as well as maintains and adjusts credit limits
- Review credit balances, set up new customers; reconcile, correct and apply adjustments to invoices
- Recommend accounts to be charged off or placed on credit block.
- Post and reconcile payments to ledgers
- High Scholl Diploma/GED
- 3 years’ experience in credit and/or collections
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced experience with Excel; proficiency with Word and Outlook
- Bilingual skills, English and Spanish, is a plus
